HIBA Members recruit the most experienced and capable insurance professionals in the local market, securing high level risk management and insurance services towards their clients and sub-agents.

Apart from his academic education, the Insurance Broker is certified after written examinations, along with all employees providing insurance intermediation. Additionally, HIBA professionals participate in multiple educational seminars, in direct collaboration with the Hellenic Institute of Insurance Studies.

HIBA participates actively in the Insurance Training Committee (Ministry of Development), several managers of HIBA members provide their service as course instructors in training sessions and seminars, and finally the association contributes significantly to the insurance education with the publication and disposal of training material.
